About Us
Keystone Funding, Inc. is a Delaware Corporation providing residential and commercial mortgage financing in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Its headquarter office is located in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area, in the town of Media ("Everybody's Hometown").
Originally founded as GOTeHomeLoans, Inc. in 2005, the company was acquired and became Keystone Funding, Inc. in January 2011. The management and mortgage consultant team of GOTeHomeLoans was retained, as was the commitment to transparency, service, trust, and ethics.
The founder and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Funding, Inc. is Jared Martin, a Masters of Engineering graduate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and former launch vehicle systems engineer for the United States Department of Defense.
Mr. Martin entered the banking industry during a time of irresponsible and unethical practices by many mortgage lenders, and pledged to "re-engineer" the lender's responsibility to its clients. That pledge has been
realized, and as an A-rated business with the Better Business Bureau, a Board member of the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association, and a certified Trusted Mortgage Professional, consumers know that Keystone Funding is a company of integrity, trust, and fidelity.
